**Experienced Customer Support Representative – Global Airline Operations**

As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, advance your career, and take on new challenges with confidence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to passengers in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner * Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets * Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations * Rebooking passengers on overbooked flights and during irregular operations * Checking in passengers and assigning seats (except curbside) * Upgrading passengers and providing vouchers for hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation * Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing at ticket counters * Clearing and verifying international documents at kiosks in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accepting and activating passengers' self-tagged bags at activation stations * Assisting customers needing special assistance or in-station, including boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulant passengers, passengers requiring special assistance, and/or unaccompanied minors * Performing customer service tasks related to the management of regional flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or contracts * Maintaining a regular and predictable presence on the premises, including meeting any overtime requirements that are required **Additional Responsibilities** Depending on the size of your airport, you may also be responsible for: * Assisting international passengers through customs and immigration, including baggage recheck * Delivering boarding passes, international flight documents, and customs/immigration forms **You'll need for success** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or GED or international equivalent * Bilingual language skills required in some locations * A valid driver's license as required by local authorities * The ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * The ability to secure travel documents, including passports and visas, as required **Travel Benefits** As a Customer Support Representative, you will have access to our global network of over 6,800 daily flights to 365 destinations.
