**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to music streaming customers via inbound messages in German. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a unique experience for each individual customer. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German
* Resolve customer issues and provide a unique experience for each individual customer
* Provide exceptional customer service and support via inbound web messages
* Work with a team of experienced Mods to provide 24/7 support
* Participate in language assessments in German and English to ensure adequate proficiency
* Meet productivity and quality standards, including:
+ 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period
+ Daily production hours from 9 AM to 10 PM
+ Project commitments of 25 hours per week, including 8 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer
* Enjoy providing exceptional customer support and can quickly identify all/any issues the customer may have
* Proficient in German and English, with business-level proficiency required
* Experience providing customer support via inbound web messages, with the ability to handle 3-5 customers at the same time
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
* Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
* Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
* 8 GB RAM or better
* Dual monitors highly recommended
**Workspace Requirements**
* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
* Chromebook is not sufficient for careerzynith projects
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
* Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
* Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
* 8 GB RAM or better
* Dual monitors highly recommended
