Earnings Potential
As a Customer Support Representative for Intuit TurboTax, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives. During peak periods, you can earn more by working additional hours. Here are some examples of the earnings potential:
April 8th-11th: $3/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 12 productive hours, $4/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 16 productive hours, and $5/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours
April 12th-14th: $5/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 20 productive hours
April 15th: $10/hour additional on all hours worked for anyone working over 5 productive hours
Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
Schedule
This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday-Sunday. You can choose to work weekdays or weekends, depending on your availability.

Technology Requirements
To perform your duties as a Customer Support Representative, you will need to have:
A personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
USB headset with microphone
A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
