About the Role As our first dedicated Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer support system and processes. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via live chat or email, resolving their problems and providing timely solutions Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to enhance your ability to assist customers Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest innovative ways to improve our product Engage in non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests Must-Have Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly A passion for helping people and resolving their problems, with a patient and empathetic approach Experience in handling challenging customers, with a calm and professional demeanor Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn and adapt Basic knowledge of CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn and expand your technical skills Ability to write technical documentation and articles, with a focus on clarity and precision Flexibility to perform non-CS related tasks, with a willingness to wear multiple hats in a small startup environment Availability to work with at least a 4-hour overlap with the GMT+7 9am-6pm time zone Nice-to-Have Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be highly beneficial: Experience working with Shopify, particularly in theme development or customization Familiarity with B2B SaaS, with a understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space Proficiency in additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, to cater to a diverse customer base Other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or content creation Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we believe in fostering a culture of growth and development.
