**Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have in a timely and professional manner
* Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist our customers
* Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways to improve our products
* Perform non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems
* Ability to handle "hard" customers (although we have very few of those)
* Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level
* Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
* Ability to write technical documentation and articles
* Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and wear multiple hats in a small startup environment
* Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 9am-6pm
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization
* Experience working with B2B SaaS
* Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian
* Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, etc.
