**Key Responsibilities**

As our Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have, and providing exceptional customer experiences
* Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist our customers
* Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
* Taking on non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests

**Essential Qualifications**

* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts at a high level
* A passion for talking to people and solving their problems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to handle challenging customers (although we have very few of those!)
* Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other technical skills
* Ability to write technical documentation and articles, with a focus on clear and concise communication
* Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks, as we're a small startup where everyone wears multiple hats
* Ability to work with a 4-hour overlap with GMT 9am-6pm, with flexibility to adjust to different time zones

**Nice to Have Qualifications**

* Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization
* Experience working with B2B SaaS, with a focus on customer support and success
* Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian, with a focus on communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or other creative skills
