With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our merchants and their customers. **The Role** As our first Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in building a system and processes for future CS team members. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers via live chat or email, resolving any problems they may have, and continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem. You'll also have the opportunity to summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways of product improvement, as well as take on non-CS related tasks that align with your natural abilities and interests. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via live chat or email and resolve any problems they may have * Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist customers * Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways of product improvement * Perform non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests * Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements **Essential Qualifications** * Superb written and verbal communication skills * Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems * Ability to handle "hard" customers (we have very few of those, though!) * Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level * Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS and willing to learn more if needed * Ability to write technical documentation/articles * Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and wear multiple hats in a small startup environment * Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 9am-6pm **Nice to Have Qualifications** * Experience working with Shopify, especially something related to theme development/customization * Experience working with B2B SaaS * Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, and Italian * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, etc. **What We Offer** * A competitive salary that's negotiable based on experience * A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages growth and learning * Opportunities to try new things and take on new challenges * A team that values initiative and encourages you to carve your own role if it brings value to the company * A chance to work with a cutting-edge Shopify app solution and be part of a growing company **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're a remote team that values flexibility and work-life balance.
