**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, stores, and partners
* Utilize various tools and resources to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Provide expert-level support to customers, using a conversational approach to resolve issues and exceed expectations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to type at least 25 WPM
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
