**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
* Assisting customers with account-related questions, claims, benefits, and general inquiries
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
* Utilizing arenaflex systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
* Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs

**Essential Qualifications:**
