* Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other products.
* Advise customers of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's products, services, and policies, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and informed support.

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures.
