About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day, and providing them with exceptional experiences. Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with solutions that meet their expectations. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, ensuring that our customers' records are up-to-date and accurate. Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, ensuring that we're compliant with industry standards. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling.
