You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, blithequark's products and services. **Essential Qualifications** * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and
