**Job Summary**

As a Customer Support Representative in careerzynith's Customer Care division, you'll play a vital role in helping clients navigate their healthcare plans and make informed decisions about their well-being. You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing empathetic and knowledgeable support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients regarding their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related inquiries
* Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
* Utilize careerzynith's systems and tools to resolve client issues and concerns, escalating complex cases to senior representatives or management as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
* Adhere to careerzynith's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
* Familiarity with careerzynith's systems and tools, including our customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
