**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Officer at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional support to customers via live chat, email, and/or telephone, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
* Serving as the liaison between client requests, customer service, and back-office operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Offering support to Business Development Managers, providing them with valuable insights and information to drive business growth.
* Ensuring that all client requests are processed on time with no delays, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Providing quality customer support during the account opening stages and throughout the trading account's existence, promoting careerzynith's services and building strong relationships with clients.
* Drafting, monitoring daily reports, and completing tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a Customer Support Officer at careerzynith, you will need:

* Business fluency in English AND Spanish, both verbal and written, is a must.
* Previous relevant experience (6 months-2 years) in online customer support (emails/live chat) or a similar role.
* Experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Office / Outlook.

**Working Hours**

As a Customer Support Officer at careerzynith, you will work a 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour lunch break, with a weekly rotation of shifts between 07:00-22:00 Cyprus time. One week night shift once per month. Twice a year, for one month, working hours will be Saturday-Wednesday, 12:00-20:00 Cyprus time.
