This role is exclusive to residents of the state of Georgia and offers a flexible schedule with under 4 hours of work per day.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reservations, changes, and other travel-related concerns, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.
Provide information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest changes and updates in industry standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, using our live chat software and basic computer applications to track and manage customer conversations.

Essential Qualifications
