**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Executive at careerzynith, you'll be expected to:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Interact with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements
* Work with computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems to manage customer interactions
* Learn about our products and services, including digital marketing and analytics solutions, to effectively communicate with prospects
* Make reports on each call, providing valuable insights into customer interactions and feedback
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solutions, including WordPress and PHP platforms, to provide expert advice and support to clients
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support and service delivery

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Support Executive at careerzynith, you'll need:

* Any graduate degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in international calling, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems
* Ability to learn about products and services, including digital marketing and analytics solutions, to effectively communicate with prospects
* Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
