Our extensive parts network ensures worldwide availability of parts, ensuring our customers' high-performance and productivity needs are met. **Job Description** As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be part of our CSE Team, working closely with our customers at their sites. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Installation and start-up of new equipment or upgrades at customer sites * Servicing of existing equipment and troubleshooting * Following and working according to documented 'Best Known' methods * Collaborating closely with the technical support team at Head Quarter to resolve issues * Documentation of the work performed * Taking ownership of and leading projects at the customer sites * Maintaining a loyal appearance of the company towards the customer **Work Environment and Culture** Our work environment is dynamic and exciting, with a focus on tackling really hard problems.
