Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical expertise and support to our clients, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and solution development. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud. Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud. Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in virtualization or cloud local designs in a client-facing or support role. Experience with big data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems. Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data patterns and issues within organizations.
