**Job Description:**

As an Experienced Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service and handling online product delivery-related inquiries from customers via phone calls
* Leveraging available tools and information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone calls
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Minimum 12th standard or graduation in any specialization
* 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in a customer service or BPO environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and tools
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Strong typing skills (25 WPM or above)
* Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating system
