**Position Description**

We are seeking experienced At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary duties will include:

* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
* Conducting outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers and provide personalized support
* Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent, Windows 10, 8GB or more RAM)
* Webcam
* High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* Ability to work in a quiet workspace
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST or 8am-4pm CST)

**Compensation and Perks**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour, with a training rate of $7.25 per hour during the initial training period. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life, and AD&D insurance, 401(k), and PTO after 90-day probationary period.
