As a growth-stage company backed by Y Combinator and notable investors in Silicon Valley and NYC, we're committed to modernizing the industry and making a meaningful impact. **The Role** As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals to support them in their critical purchasing decisions and processes. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide an exceptional experience for every user, leveraging live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos.
