* Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat

* Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
* Ensure customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
* Report directly to the Customer Support Team Lead
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience
* Previous call center experience
* Empathetic towards customer needs
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
* Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST
