From onboarding to resolving concerns and complaints, our team is dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a Customer Support Associate / Senior Associate, you'll be an integral part of this team, working closely with merchants to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Associate / Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for handling concerns and complaints raised by merchants on multiple social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure that daily tasks are completed within the defined Time-Available-To-Resolve (TAT) with a focus on providing excellent customer experience.
