Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems. Support blithequark Partners: Provide assistance to our partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, addressing their concerns and helping them navigate our platform. Document and Track Customer Interactions: Accurately document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to improve overall customer experience, sharing insights and feedback to drive business growth. Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant department, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer downtime. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
