**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through email, live chat, and phone support
* Build strong relationships with customers and partners, advocating for their needs and concerns
* Collaborate closely with the Product and Airline Partnerships teams to improve the user experience and drive business growth
* Contribute to the continuous development of our customer support function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
* Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
* Service mindset, empathy, and excellent listening skills
* Positive attitude, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous experience working in contact center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Willingness to learn, open to feedback, and a team player with a strong focus on building relationships with peers, customers, and partners
