Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of careerzynith product offerings, including apparel, footwear, and accessories, to assist customers with product-related questions and recommendations.
Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize our customer support systems and tools to access and input information accurately. Troubleshoot technical issues when necessary.
Problem Solving: Effectively identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns, aiming for a high level of satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
