About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Customer Support and Success Manager to oversee the support experience of our global last-mile logistics platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving the quality of the customer support experience by collaborating with help partners (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets arenaflex's expectations, including First Contact Resolution, Customer Satisfaction scores, and other support metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and utilize existing reporting to identify areas to improve performance metrics and productivity through quality checking
Implement quality monitoring programs that result in measurable social changes in Colleagues (agents)
Collaborate with training and content to establish compliance with new launches, processes, and policies
Maintain multiple site quality performance within an aligned objective
Perform business review with Help Partner Teams
Identify, recommend, and implement process and project improvements
Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs
Recognize and analyze trends early and frequently
Other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four additional years of work experience in a quantitative or business area
Proven experience driving operational excellence and quality improvements across multiple support sites
Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience refining large datasets to meaningful insights - driver analysis is your specialty
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with perfect project management and completely finish capabilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced, continually changing, team-oriented environment, and able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
A owner mindset, focused on quality, yield-driven, proactive, and continuously driving yourself to improve


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience working in a customer support or success role, preferably in a technology or logistics company
Knowledge of quality monitoring programs and performance metrics
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with help partners and other stakeholders
