Job Summary
We're seeking experienced and motivated Customer Support Agents to join our dynamic, remote-first team at careerzynith. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

Delivering extraordinary customer service and building positive relationships with clients
Managing your time effectively and responding to incoming calls in a timely manner
Accurately documenting call details and customer interactions
Taking ownership of customer issues and following them through to resolution
Maintaining organized records of service actions and outcomes
Prioritizing workflow based on task urgency and importance
Supporting additional tasks as assigned


Key Highlights
As a seasonal Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you can expect:

Seasonal position: July 1st – October 2025
Competitive base pay: $20.00 per hour
Remote work arrangement: Must reside in the greater San Antonio, TX area
Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (no weekends!)
Employment duration: 3 to 4 months


Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this role, you should have:

Proven working experience in a customer service environment, preferably Technical Support
Experience in providing customer service support
Availability to work Monday-Friday
Proficiency in communications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention-to-detail
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
