About the Role: Customer Support Agent
In this exciting role, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your daily tasks will include receiving in-depth training, handling high call volumes, and developing individualized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service during each call, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Contribute to the successful achievement of customer service KPIs, including call time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Handle high call volumes, including inbound, outbound, email, and chat support
Offer feedback on recurring customer issues to improve our service and overall customer experience
Develop and implement individualized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
Act as a liaison between customers, partners, and sales consultants to ensure a smooth experience
Communicate with the team to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach
Provide knowledge and in-depth advice on hearing loss and related topics

Reliable Network Connectivity: The ability to hardwire to your home network with a download speed above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps (equipment provided by arenaflex)


What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, arenaflex offers a comprehensive package, including:

Remote, Full-Time Schedule: An 8-hour shift with 1 hour lunch between 8AM – 8PM in your local time zone, including rotating Saturdays (schedules subject to change)
Competitive Compensation: A guaranteed base rate of $23 per hour plus commissions, with performance-based incentives of $300–$600 per month
