* **Internet Connection:** A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
* **Availability:** Available to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week
* **Flexibility:** Able to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs
* **Typing Speed:** Meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers
* **Assessment and Training:** Successfully completed a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training
* **GPA:** A GPA of 2.7 or higher
