Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Success Specialist - Work from Home, you'll be responsible for:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded
Acting as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
