**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our clients' food ordering app, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
* Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
* Identifying and escalating priority issues, collaborating with the team to improve customer support, and maintaining and improving service quality
* Providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries professionally, and resolving issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and feedback
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist at careerzynith, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience
* B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation, active listening, and conflict resolution
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
