**Experienced Customer Success Specialist – Inventory and Order Management Software**

With a dynamic and growing team of over 1,900 employees, we're committed to driving innovation and delivering best-in-class software and payment solutions that empower small and medium-sized businesses across numerous industries. **Job Summary** As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding our customers through the onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of our Inventory and Order Management software platform. You'll act as both an advocate for the customer internally and a knowledgeable guide for our platform externally.
