Job Overview As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services and maintain a positive perception of our brand. This is a full-time, rotational shift position, requiring you to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, plus 1 hour of break time, from 12:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday through Sunday. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, providing guidance and support as needed Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Process payments securely, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately Proactively support customers, identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure prompt resolution Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance service quality Maintain and improve service quality, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently Customer service-oriented, with active listening skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the above qualifications, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
