As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline liaison for our esteemed customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, and resolving issues related to baggage, check-in, and other travel-related concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
