Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, addressing a variety of concerns including booking assistance, flight information, loyalty program inquiries, and general support.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures, assisting customers in navigating their travel experience seamlessly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.

Requirements
