About the Opportunity As a Customer Success Representative on our Customer Success team at blithequark, you will bring your expertise in customer support and retention to help achieve critical revenue goals. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales Leadership teams and own various customer-facing interactions. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Creating highly satisfied and engaged customers through strategic engagement and support Increasing customer retention by building strong relationships and providing exceptional support Driving adoption of our platform and ensuring customers are getting the most out of our solution Driving referrals and identifying new business opportunities within existing customer accounts Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and drive customer success Developing and executing customer success plans tailored to each customer's unique needs and goals Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 2+ years of experience in a software support or Customer Success role, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a Series A/B startup environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth Experience working in a SaaS-based company, with a strong understanding of the subscription-based business model Familiarity with Hubspot or other customer success platforms, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive customer success Technical support experience, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner Our Environment blithequark is a fully remote, global team with team members currently in the US, EU, and Canada.
