Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to: Support customary care and proactively seek out ways to improve a variety of complex financial products, services, or select customer segments through various channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat, and more. Offer ideas or solutions for the customer success group, contributing to the development of innovative solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs. Perform moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Receive direction from management and escalate non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support and attention. Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management. Interact with management, peers, and others within the customer success group, as well as external customers, to provide expert knowledge and support on products, services, or customer segments. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience in assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer problems. Desired Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a financial services environment, with knowledge of banking, investment, and mortgage products and services. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with clients. Strong technical skills, with experience using software applications and systems to support customer success and relationship management.
