**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Success Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive program plans that meet the unique needs of our federal government clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions and services, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth. Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing, documenting, and implementing comprehensive program plans that align with client objectives and careerzynith's business goals
* Serving as a subject matter expert within the organization to manage requirements of operational objectives, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and stakeholder engagement
* Overseeing operational support for customers and partners in the related segment
* Establishing operational objectives and assignments for the sales operations teams
* Utilizing project management methodology to support process improvement within the organization
**Essential Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government personnel security clearance: TS – SCI (YW)
* 12 years of related experience in a professional role (Program/Project manager) with the ability to support cross-functional program teams without formal authority
* Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to adapt communication styles across a variety of stakeholder groups
* Ability to overcome ambiguity and achieve results in a complex and dynamic business environment
* Advanced negotiation skills and understanding of key sales and management reporting tools
**Desirable Requirements**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Bachelor's degree
* PMP Certification
* Experience and familiarity with the U.S. Federal government, agencies, contracts, and regulations
