**Position Summary:**
As a Customer Success Manager for careerzynith, you will be a key advocate for our clients, responsible for ensuring their success and satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact
* Understand client business goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve success
* Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
* Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings to assess client needs and provide support
* Gather and analyze client feedback to improve our products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, support) to resolve client issues
* Develop and deliver training and onboarding materials
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client success
* Ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Experience with client management and customer success principles
* Experience in a clinical case/call center environment is a plus
* Experience with coaching and mentoring is a plus
* Proficiency in project management is a plus
* Experience with health insurance or healthcare is a plus
* Ability to travel less than 10% for meetings and training
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
