**Experienced Customer Success Manager – Leadership Role in Fintech**

As one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us build a high-performing team of Analysts and Associates. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to take on a leadership role that involves overseeing the performance and well-being of a team. You'll be responsible for consolidating feedback from the team, prioritizing initiatives to grow individual and team performance, and ensuring that the team is well-staffed and equipped to handle fluctuations in deal volume. You'll also provide additional training and career development, identify promising talent, and administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
