**Experienced Customer Success Manager – High-Potential Account Growth and Strategic Partnership Development**

We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and drive the success, retention, and expansion of our high-potential customer accounts. As a CSM at arenaflex, you'll be the strategic post-sale owner, responsible for building value-based client relationships, driving alignment, and unblocking progress across multiple stakeholders and technical workflows. You'll work closely with our Product, Delivery, Support, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize the value of our solutions for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Own the success, retention, and expansion of high-potential customer accounts, driving growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnership development and account management * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Delivery, Support, and leadership, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer initiatives * Develop and execute customized account plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each customer, driving value-based client relationships and long-term growth * Identify and prioritize opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working closely with sales and product teams to develop and execute strategic growth plans * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed * Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, product managers, and delivery teams * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth **Essential Qualifications:** * 6+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting roles within an enterprise SaaS or Healthtech environment * Proven track record of managing and growing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and technical workflows * Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive strategic decisions * Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce, and other customer success tools and technologies * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and drive strategic decisions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of the Healthtech industry and market trends * Experience with customer success platforms, including Gainsight and Totango * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive strategic decisions * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and drive strategic decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong project management skills,
