**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* **Building and maintaining strong relationships** with our users, understanding their needs and pain points, and developing tailored solutions to drive adoption and growth.
* **Developing and executing customer success strategies**, including onboarding, training, and support, to ensure our users achieve their full potential.
* **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**, including product, engineering, and sales, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* **Analyzing customer data and feedback** to inform product development and drive business growth.
* **Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities**, including upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.

**Essential Qualifications**

* **5+ years of experience** in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
* **Proven track record** of driving customer success and growth in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong project management skills**, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build strong relationships with users, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* **Commercial ownership experience**, including driving referrals, expansion, and upsell opportunities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* **Experience in the healthcare industry**, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare professionals and organizations.
* **Knowledge of customer success methodologies and best practices**, including onboarding, training, and support.
* **Familiarity with CRM software**, including Salesforce or similar platforms.
* **Experience with data analysis and reporting**, including the ability to interpret and act on customer data.
