**What you'll do**
As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Onboarding new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training to ensure a seamless experience
* Providing exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and video, particularly where language or local context matters
* Building long-term relationships with your assigned accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
* Monitoring account health, usage, and risks to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Helping operators get more value from careerzynith, surfacing opportunities, and promoting key features to drive revenue growth
* Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions
* Serving as the voice of the EU customer, sharing insights to improve our product and service
**What we're looking for**
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with:
* Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, or Italian
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or customer support is a plus, but not required
* A calm and patient demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
