Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement, value realization, and strategic planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of arenaflex's GIS-centric solutions * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers * Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize business requirements, develop tailored solutions, and drive value realization * Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance customer knowledge and skills * Identify and escalate customer issues, concerns, and feedback to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement * Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer success strategies and recommendations **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, GIS, Geography, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in customer/account management, preferably in the GIS, EAM, or local government sectors * Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in a customer-facing role * Strong knowledge of local or county government, Community Development, Public Works, and Utilities in municipal and/or utility districts * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business Administration, GIS, or a related field * Experience with GIS-centric solutions, Cityworks, or other EAM platforms * Certification in customer success, account management, or a related field * Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and revenue growth * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines * Strong knowledge of local or county government, Community Development, Public Works, and Utilities in municipal and/or utility districts * Experience with GIS-centric solutions, Cityworks, or other EAM platforms * Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and revenue growth * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
