**Job Summary**

We're seeking a rising junior or senior student to join our Summer Internship program as a Customer Success Intern on the EverHealth team. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop your skills in customer success, technology, and healthcare. As a Summer Intern, you'll work closely with our experienced Customer Success team to deliver best-in-class service to our customers and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Intern on the EverHealth team, you'll be responsible for:

* Understanding the overall concept of careerzynith, including our brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
* Accepting designated business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final projects during the internship.
* Rotating through our divisions and engaging with customers or clients to provide service and/or sales.
* Providing suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
* Learning and becoming proficient on internal software systems.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this internship, you must:

* Be a rising junior or senior student pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* Demonstrate accountability and personal organization.
* Possess exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
* Be proficient with applicable software applications.
* Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Be willing to travel for the intern kickoff week and possibly the intern executive presentations in Denver, Colorado.
* Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.
* Be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
* Be enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking individuals who are:

* Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.
* Willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.
* Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.

**Compensation and Benefits**
