**Experienced Customer Success Executive – Healthcare and Life Sciences**

As a key member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) division, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level executives, driving customer success, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. **What You'll Get to Do in This Role:** As a Customer Success Executive at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking organizations in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Your primary focus will be on cultivating trusted advisor relationships with executive customer stakeholders, driving customer success, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. You'll work closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects, and you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer adoption and value realization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Cultivate trusted advisor status with executive customer stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including our ServiceNow platform, to effectively communicate value to customers * Work closely with customers to understand their strategic goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to drive business value and adoption * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute winning co-delivery models, ensuring seamless execution of customer projects * Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners to deliver exceptional customer success * Develop and implement strategies to accelerate time to value, including readiness processes and governance frameworks * Participate in account delivery governance, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives * Advocate for arenaflex's best practices and expertise, contributing to the development of advisory, expert services, and Co-Delivery offerings * Deliver high customer CSAT metrics for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty **To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:** * 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization, with a focus on management consulting, solution consulting, or industry consulting * Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level executives, driving customer success, and delivering exceptional value to clients * Experience with multiple ServiceNow product suites, with a strong understanding of the platform's value methodology and ability to engage in regular value reviews with customers * Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting company, or equivalent experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry * Proven ability to build executive relationships with CIO, CTO, CSO, CFO, CHRO, and business line leaders * Experience managing outcomes to a CxO position, with a strong understanding of issues and goals driving digital transformation across industries * Depth in digital transformation design, implementation, and management, with experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry * IT, HR, CSM, or GBS transformation experience, with a strong understanding of the importance of governance frameworks and readiness processes **Work Personas:** At arenaflex, we approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
