and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring their success with our Amazon Redshift Service * Collaborate with pre-sales teams to onboard large-scale customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless onboarding experiences * Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort * Develop deep understanding of customer use-cases and configurations, as well as our system architecture, to inform product roadmap decisions and prioritize features * Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers * Prioritize operational issues and work closely with business and support teams to resolve them efficiently * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analytics and cloud computing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization **Essential Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or engineering capacity * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success * Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, data analytics, and software development * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Experience working in a
