**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Associate to join our remote team on a part-time weekend evening shift. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management.
* Provide accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns.

**Qualifications**
