**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email, and chat

**Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

* Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
